Fall Crafts for Kids



How do you know when fall season is already here? The weather drops down a notch, the color of the leaves changes from green to various hues of red, yellow and oranges. But the best indication from all of the obvious signs that summer is over is when you see fall crafts for kids in schools, homes and churches.

Here is a step by step guide to make one of the best fall crafts for children that they will definitely love. It’s called “Fall Fairy’s Magic Leaf.” You will need the following:

Leaves of different shapes and sizes. You can help your kids get as much leaves and while doing this, you can tell them about the different kinds of trees that you will see.

Can you think of better ways to get your kids closer to nature while burning the chocolate ice cream that they had for desert?

Papers. The papers don’t need to be fancy but the texture should be big enough to color and big enough for the leaf to fit in perfectly.

Tape. You’ll need it to keep the leaves in place while coloring.

Lastly, you’re going to need crayons. Don’t hinder your kids’ imagination with this part. Tell them that they can use all the colors in their box if they want to.

Now here are 3 easy steps to do it:

1.Get a piece of paper and put a leaf over it. Align it to where you want your pattern to appear. Your kids can use one paper for many leaves for as long as they fit properly.

2.Get your tape and use them to secure the leaves to the paper.

3.Turn the paper upside-down and start coloring. You should remind your kids that they should just color on over the leaf pattern to reveal the amazing shapes and sizes of the leaves. Don’t forget to peel of the leaves after coloring.
